Trip Pro LLC is a Minnesota limited liability company that operates GetTripPro and controls the information submitted through this form.
What we collect
We collect the work email, company, role, launch description, consent, and submission time that you provide through the interest form.
How we use it
We use the information to understand your request and conduct a focused conversation about GetTripPro software and services. We do not install analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
Where it is processed
HubSpot stores the form submission as our sales system of record. Like any hosted HTTPS service, HubSpot may process ordinary network and operational metadata, such as the source IP address, under its own service privacy terms.
Retention and your choices
We review marketing leads quarterly and remove them 12 months after our last meaningful interaction unless an active sales or customer relationship requires continued retention. To request access, correction, or deletion, email privacy@gettrippro.com.
