TripPro Driver privacy notice

TripPro Driver is software provided by Trip Pro LLC to independent transportation companies. Your fleet controls its transportation operations and is normally the first contact for questions about your work, trips, or fleet records.
Information the app handles
- Account and fleet information: phone number, profile details, fleet membership, permissions, and authentication records.
- Driver and vehicle information: profile photo, vehicle details, and information your fleet requires to manage its drivers.
- Trip and location information: assignments, trip status, route activity, and precise location. When you allow background location and are available or handling an assigned trip, location may be processed while the app is in the background.
- Payment information: payout status and related transaction records. Stripe handles payment-account onboarding and sensitive payment details under its own privacy terms.
- Device and support information: notification tokens, app and device details, diagnostics, and information you provide when requesting help.
Why the information is used
Information is used to authenticate you, connect you to the correct fleet, offer and manage assignments, support dispatch and rider trip updates, provide navigation and notifications, administer payouts, protect accounts, troubleshoot the software, and meet legal or accounting obligations that apply to the responsible company.
Who receives information
Your fleet and its authorized staff can access information needed to operate their service. Trip Pro LLC processes information to provide and secure the software. Service providers used for hosting, communications, maps, diagnostics, and payments process the information needed for their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect people, accounts, and the service.
Retention and choices
Retention depends on the type of record, your fleet's policies, and legal, safety, tax, accounting, dispute, and security requirements. You can control location and notification permissions in device settings, although disabling a permission may prevent related app features from working.
