TripPro Driver terms

These terms apply to your authorized use of the TripPro Driver application. Your agreement or policies with your fleet may add requirements for your work and use of fleet systems.
Authorized use
You may use TripPro Driver only with an account and fleet access you are authorized to use. Keep sign-in codes and invite links private, provide accurate information, and promptly tell your fleet if you believe an account or device has been compromised.
Safe and lawful conduct
Follow applicable law, your fleet's policies, and safe-driving rules. Do not interact with the app while driving when doing so would be unsafe or unlawful. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, access another person's or fleet's data, automate abusive traffic, or attempt to bypass access controls.
Location, trips, and communications
Features such as availability, assignment management, navigation, rider progress, and dispatch may require location, notifications, and network access. Your fleet is responsible for the transportation instructions, schedules, assignments, service standards, and communications it provides through the software.
Payments and third-party services
Payout features may connect to Stripe and other services with their own terms. Your fleet remains responsible for its compensation arrangements, classifications, tax obligations, and payment questions. TripPro Driver may also rely on platform, mapping, communications, and cloud services that can be unavailable from time to time.
Access changes and account deletion
Your fleet may add, change, suspend, or remove fleet access. You may use the app's deletion control as described on the account deletion page. Deletion can be delayed when an active ride must be completed or canceled first.
Software availability and changes
Trip Pro LLC may update the software and these terms to address new features, security, law, or operational needs. The app is provided subject to normal maintenance, network, device, platform, and third-party-service limitations. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
